Terms & Conditions of Enrolment for 2022

No refunds are issued for midterm cancellation. Lessons are non-transferable. Lesson will only be rescheduled and not credited to the next Term.

Only one reschedule per School Term is allowed. It must be clear that a minimum 24 hours’ cancellation notice is required. This will allow us filling the class which has been cancelled. All teachers are paid for their time spent at Trill Music Studio whether students attend class or not. Students must place priority on their lesson and only request a reschedule in extreme circumstances. If you are not feeling well you can do your lesson online. Please do not attend face to face lessons if you have a sore throat, runny nose or feeling feverish or if you been identified as a close contact of a person with confirmed COVID-19. Trill Music Studio thank you for your understanding and co – operation.

We are keeping our online lessons for students who prefer to stay online. Online lessons are also for student who are not feeling well or have problems getting to their class. We ask that you inform us the latest by 9.30am on the day so teacher has time to plan your online lesson. We are not available to take any calls or answer text messages during teaching hours.

Where possible a replacement teacher will be allocated. If we are unable to arrange a replacement teacher, then your teacher will reschedule the lesson at a convenient time.

Classes are conducted on public holidays during school term. Students are required to arrive for their lesson at the exact appointed lesson time. Lessons run strictly on time to ensure that there is a smooth change over between students. Students late for their scheduled lesson will not have their lesson time extended. It is the parent’s responsibility to pick their child/children up on time.

Parking is only available on our driveway, at the end of the court or drop off only. Please do not park next to neighbour’s properties or use their driveways. It is important that parking instructions are adhered to and noise levels are kept to a minimum outside the premises
